This week MidlandsTrends.com will offer a new way to stay on top of commercial real estate transactions in the Columbia area. August '09 Update

Register / Log-In to our new Midlands Trends real estate sales database, it's free!

We have almost 5,000 real estate transactions in the MidlandsTrends database for 2009. While July's data is still rolling in, the Office sector is showing some activity, Land sales appear to be maintaining a steady pace. Single Family Residence dipped in May for Richland, but recovered strong in June. Also a wide variety of commercial activity occurred in June.
