598 Midlands real estate transactions from October 2008* have been added to the MidlandsTrends.com online database this month; 261 in Richland County (a 44% drop from Sept) and 337 in Lexington County (a 21% drop from Sept).

*There is typically a two to three month delay between a transaction occurring and it posting to county public records; which is when it is added to MidlandsTrends.com.

• Simplified fee structure
  Anyone can register for free and view 3 search results at a time. Upgraded users can view 100 search results at a time; and them download them to Excel for $38.99/month. If you manage your own sales database, obtain an Upgraded account and import our sales into your system.
