  Scheduled to go live by March/April '09, the new real estate sales database offers vast improvements over the existing.
  - Search both Lexington and Richland County data at once.
  - No more $1 and $5 deed transfers.
  - More accurate search will provide more relevant results.
  - Search for sales by City, Zip, Street or Property Type.
  
  
• Simplified fee structure
  Anyone can register for free and view 3 search results at a time. Upgraded users can view 100 search results at a time; and them download them to Excel for $38.99/month. If you manage your own sales database, obtain an Upgraded account and import our sales into your system.
  
  If you're not currently a customer, visit the new site and pre-register for your free account.
