Lexington County single family property and land sales appeared to remain reasonably strong through the end of 2009, with commercial activity maxing out in January and September. Richland County is continuing to update their information so possibly by the next monthly release we'll have a better comparison. It's looking like the Midlands will close out the year with approximately 10,000 property transactions and $1.4B in activity.
