We're running a little behind on this month's update as we're working on getting the new Midlands Trends real estate sales database online. We're expecting to go live before the end of March.

663 Midlands real estate transactions from November 2008* have been added to the MidlandsTrends.com online database this month; 390 in Richland County and 273 in Lexington County.

RICHLAND COUNTY - The list below shows average sales price in parenthesis:

*There is typically a two to three month delay between a transaction occurring and it posting to county public records; which is when it is added to MidlandsTrends.com.
